Stress is one of the big things in our life that makes life harder. Stress can cause cardiovascular issues, Gastrointestinal issues, and so much more. Stress can cause us to be cruel to the ones we love, can cause us to do irrational things out of frustration, and can be the death of a relationship of any kind. Stress also causes mental and emotional issues, one of the biggest things is that stress and tear you apart both mentally and physically. It causes anxiety, depression, and even can lead to other mental health issues. There are many ways you can deal with stress, meditation, hot bath, making a cup of hot tea and sitting down with a good book, watching tv, exercising, venting to a friend, and realizing that no matter how much you stress it will not change anything. What we have not figured out as the human race is that stressing of the little stuff really does nothing but make our own health worse. What we need to do is to have a day to decompress from the stress of the week. Spend the day with family, just be a couch potato, or just do something that we enjoy. There are many ways to destress your life. One of the ways is also to take the stressors out of the picture. Sometimes that is easier said than done. If you try to understand what causes your stress then you can release that stress and make yourself healthier. Now stress from a job loss that is hard to release, but the best way to do that is to just believe that a better job is coming your way, or at least another job. Realising that things will work out for the best or at least put you in a manageable situation will help with stress and give you a sense of relief from stress and make you healthier. I have a hard time doing this myself, it can be very hard to let go of stresses when you are really not sure what is going to happen next. We have to try and help others to destress, and also we have to realize that in some situations it is best to say not my monkey, not my tree and just walk away from that situation. We also need to realize that we can’t make someone else pains go away either. Balance is key, we have to find balance in order to achieve a healthy and happy lifestyle.

I am 27 female student. I started this blog because I was inspired by a movie about none other than Julia Child and a Young woman who spent one year of her life going through the first cookbook Julia Child ever wrote and going through the life and struggles of Julia's life before she finishes her book. Well, now it is my turn some time to give some sage words of advice that I have learn and will be learning throughout the time I am writing this. being a student you learn something new everyday. I will be giving some opinions and ideas. Hopefully this will help to teach and help someone else out there grow from my experiances. I hope you enjoy and I hope that your days become even brighter than the last. View all posts by lifelovehappinessandpassion
